Fat Sculpture

I am just finishing my third year of the cullinary arts program at NAIT and as a final project we had to do a Fat Sculpture (silly I know) and the theme was ancient rome. So I found a fish called the Rudd that lived in Ancient times and did a sculpture I thought I would share a pic with you guys and gals just for shits Here it is

Nice Job. How long did that take? You should add a red devil in its lip. hear they are fron ancient Rome.....hehehe

It took 16 hours all together And it's SPS(special pastry shortening) next time you eat a crossant or some kind of pastry and it leaves a waxy film in your mouth thats what is in it

Andrew I had no idea you were in Culinary Arts.

I was going to take the course a few years back, but I decided to not pursue a cooking career.

I don't blame if I could go back in time to when I was 16 I would have never started cooking. Your hearts really got to be in it because the Money isn't

Wow that's pretty cool. Is it hollow? Or did you support it with wire or something? I just think of a gooey mess, but that looks quite "solid". You can see others in the background. Gotta love those hands on projects ha ha
