Fawcett Lake

So my trip down the Bow last weekend had to be canceled do to runoff/ snow. we did a 180 degree flip on the trip and took my lund up to Fawcett lake with two other guys. first time up there and i tell you it wont be my last. we fished the East end and found a spot that was unflipping real. by the end of the day we had landed 400+ jacks between the three of us. you know it is great fishing when you stop getting exited about triple headers. the record was 19 cast with 18 fish in the boat. sunday was closed to the same. we did end up with two nice keeper walleyes 3lbs and 6lbs (ate them last night......yummy)

we did try some other bays and found some bigger jacks. biggest around 10lbs. but only 4 big ones out of 600 is not good odds. July 1st the west end opens and that where I would be look next time

That sounds like a fun fishing weekend. You must have had a great time there.
